Teachers Collective Agreement Salary

1. During the term of this Agreement, the Association and the School District agree to follow an orderly process to enable school administrators, teachers and staff to make programmatic and operational decisions that best suit their mission and the needs of their students and staff, to the extent that such decisions may affect the working conditions of employees. 1. The tasks of ASNs shall include previously non-pedagogical tasks previously performed by teachers or currently performed by teachers, as well as other related tasks assigned.
